• Strong Skills in Customer Service
• Proficiency in IT Systems
• Manage and Process Customer Orders, and Forward Documentation to Storage and Distribution Teams
• Organize and Optimize Delivery Routes, and Coordinate Driver Dispatch
• Utilize GPS for Real-Time Tracking of Truck Locations to Ensure Efficient Routes and Monitor Driver Performance
• Serve as the Initial Contact Point for Drivers
• Assist in Loading and Unloading Merchandise from Distribution Trucks
• Plan Delivery Loads, Establish Vehicle Timetables, and Designate Routes for Delivery Staff
• Monitor Driver Work Hours and Distance Travelled through Tachograph Readings, and Maintain Relevant Records
• Secure Customs Clearance and Handle Import and Export Paperwork for Inter-City Goods Movement
• Keep Accurate Records of Freight and Personnel Movements and Locations
